Bourns "No-Load" 250K ohm tone or blender pot, with mounting hardware. 

"B250K" is stamped on the wafer.

A no-load tone pot effectively removes itself from the signal chain when the volume is set to 10. When the tone knob is below 10, it does its job just as intended. This pot has a detent so that you can feel when the pot has been engaged.
