Returns offers a 30-day return policy.

Items must be returned in "as-shipped condition". This means that they must be unused, uninstalled, and retail packaging (if-applicable) must be unopened. Returns that do not meet this requirement will be refused.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. For items with discounted or free shipping, we will deduct the retail rate of the initial shipment from your refund.

2) Once approved, the return shipment must be postmarked, with tracking, within 30 days after receipt. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs and risks, including loss or damage. Please prepare the return shipment accordingly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Seller is not responsible for any damages that occur during or as a result of installation. Please contact the manufacturer for all warranty claims.

Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. We are not responsible for items marked "return to sender" due to insufficient address or for any missing package with a tracking status showing that it has been successfully delivered.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special orders, clothing, gift cards, sale or closeout items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
