I'm new to this and I wired up two EMGs with two tones, one master volume in an old strat. The pickups came with a bus and that digram has a single pair for the optional switch. This product IS THE BUS and selector switch. I didn't need the bus from the pickups with this guy. It works perfect! Probably add a kill switch next, it can do a lot more than that too with custom FX.
