We ship orders via USPS and UPS, with shipping rates discounted from standard retail rates. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. All orders are professionally packed and include tracking information.
USPS Ground Advantage is our standard economy shipping option. Delivery is typically 2–5 business days from the date of shipment.
For customers who prefer an alternative service, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and UPS 2nd Day Air are also available at calculated rates during checkout.
Please note that the shipping method selected does not affect our handling time.
Estimated arrival dates shown at checkout are provided as a courtesy and are based on the carrier's expected transit times. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, carrier delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
USPS Ground Advantage is an economical service, but transit times can occasionally be longer than the estimated 2–5 business days. If your package appears to be significantly delayed, we are happy to help.
USPS requires that we wait at least 7 business days from the mailing date before submitting a Missing Mail request and 15 days before a package can be considered lost for purposes of a claim.
We take care to package orders securely while minimizing unnecessary waste. Whenever practical, we may use clean, recycled packing materials.
We are unable to accommodate special shipping requests, and local pickup is not currently available.
At this time, international shipping is available exclusively through our eBay store.
Wrong part. Told company, they basically told me I would eat the cost trying to return it.

Loved how careful they were with the packaging and the sticker. Thanks!
Processed quickly, shipped quickly, received quickly. Exactly what I was looking for
What more could you ask for? Battery tray came in and fit like a glove. Exactly as pictured, logo looks great, slides into the guitar with a satisfying *click*. Has little slots for the battery terminals sized so that you can't put it in backwards... smart! Their system was down and processing the order got delayed, but they let me know once they saw and shipped it quickly. I'll definitely look on guitarrepairparts.com for any future related needs.
