Genuine replacement Takamine CTF-2N Preamp For Pro Series Guitars. The CTF-2N FET circuit preamp was inspired by Takamine’s famous 3 slider “Brownie” preamp. The CTF-2N is voiced in similar warm, natural fashion as the original “Brownie” but with an easy to read chromatic tuner and straight forward EQ controls that make it easy to dial in the perfect tone.

Suitable as a replacement for the following Takamine Pro Series Preamps: Accuracoustic, Graph Ex, Takamine Parametric Equalizer, CT-4B II, CTP-1, CTP-2, CTP-3, CT4-DX, CTF-2N, N4B.

Includes preamp only: mounting frame and 9-volt battery are required for installation.

Compatibility Notes: This preamp is equipped with an RCA pickup input, designed for use with models utilizing Takamine's Palathetic™ Under-Saddle Pickup. This preamp is not compatible with G series instruments. The preamp faceplate dimensions are approximately 2-3/4" x 2-5/16".

Professional installation is strongly recommended. Improper installation may result in damage to the product and/or instrument.
