Ribbed replacement amplifier control knob with indicator line. Commonly referred to as either "cupcake" or "radio" knobs. 

This style of knob is featured on Fender blonde and brownface era amplifiers as well as currents models like '63 Tube Reverb, Vibro-King®, Custom Vibrolux®, and Super-Sonic™ Series amplifiers.
