In partnership with the innovative team at RS Guitarworks®, Kluson® proudly introduces the Kluson® Custom Shop Offset Tremolo a game-changer for your tone and performance! Inspired by the expert mods used on many RS Guitarworks builds, this tremolo takes everything you love and makes it even better.

We've replaced the traditional square stock construction with a stainless roller surface for ultra-smooth playability. The entire tremolo system has been lowered into the body, delivering enhanced down pressure on the bridge, ensuring more stability and precision. Plus, the front and back of the tremolo plate are expertly rolled to prevent string contact, giving you fluid, uninterrupted tremolo action.

We've also removed the vibrato lock, often unused, eliminating any risk of rattling when it's not in use. The result? Superior tuning stability, a smoother feel, and minimal string rattle; everything a serious player craves.

Note: Your new Kluson Offset Tremolo may require spring tension adjustment for smooth operation. We recommend visually inspecting the amount of screw length extending below the spring retainer disc on the bottom of the tremolo before installation. This should be adjusted to be slightly taller than the disc itself by using the Phillips head adjustment screw on the top of the Tremolo mounting plate. You should be able to feel the top edge of the screw end just above the level top of the spring retainer disc. Once installed this will make any further adjustment needed minimal.

Keep the tremolo arm installed when stringing or removing strings from the instrument to more easily remove the string ball ends by pushing down on the tremolo arm. This creates easy access for string ball clearance.

Professional installation is strongly recommended. Improper installation may result in damage to the product and/or instrument.

We ship orders throughout the United States via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are discounted from standard retail rates and are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Shipping Options

USPS Ground Advantage is our standard economy shipping option. Delivery is typically 2–5 business days from the date of shipment.

For customers who prefer an alternative service, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and UPS 2nd Day Air are also available at calculated rates during checkout.

Please note that the shipping method selected does not affect our handling time.

All shipments include tracking information.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated arrival dates shown at checkout are provided as a courtesy and are based on the carrier's expected transit times. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, carrier delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

USPS Delays & Lost Packages

USPS Ground Advantage is an economical service, but transit times can occasionally be longer than the estimated 2–5 business days. If your package appears to be significantly delayed, we are happy to help.

USPS requires that we wait at least 7 business days from the mailing date before submitting a Missing Mail request and 15 days before a package can be considered lost for purposes of a claim.

Packaging

We take care to package orders securely while minimizing unnecessary waste. Whenever practical, we may use clean, recycled packing materials.
