What it is

The Mi-Si Acoustic Trio AIR combines the Acoustic Trio under saddle pickup system with Mi-Si's MEMS microphone-based AIR system. The signals from the under saddle transducer and internal microphone are mixed and controlled by sound hole-mounted Pan and Volume potentiometers.

This combination provides a strong, feedback-resistant sound while capturing the natural vibrations and acoustic character of the instrument. The system remains light and simple through Mi-Si's battery-free technology and minimalist design.

Like other Mi-Si preamps, the Acoustic Trio AIR requires no batteries and takes only 60 seconds to charge. A single charge provides 8 hours of active preamp power.
