- Payment in full is required before a special order is placed.
- Special orders are excluded from promotions and discounts, including shipping discounts.
- Special orders with a total merchandise value under $50 are subject to a $15 special order processing fee. Any applicable fee will be disclosed before payment is requested.
- Once placed, special orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or returned.
- Special orders are limited to current-production items and are subject to vendor availability.
- Lead times can vary considerably. Orders may take several weeks or longer to become available, and any estimated availability or shipping date provided is subject to change.
- If our vendor is unable to fulfill a special order, we will notify you and issue a full refund to the original form of payment.
- Shipping restrictions may apply. We may be unable to fulfill special orders for certain products or destinations.
